OUR OFFICE is located on a narrow peninsula in a historic seaside village.  For more than 30 years our architecture firm has designed new custom homes and renovations in challenging coastal environments such as Stonington Borough, CT. Since most of our projects are subject to the complexity of zoning, flood and historic regulations, we have developed an expertise in residential design that is sensitive to the coastline, its site, and surroundings

WE APPROACH every project without preconceptions. Our architecture and interior design are responsive to our client’s expectations and no two clients are alike. A key design philosophy of ours is to “work from the inside out and from the outside in.” Thus indoor rooms become outdoor rooms that merge with the landscape and seascape. We manage every project as if it were our own.

SERVICES

WE OFFER full project management and serve as a single point of contact for permitting, engineering, landscape, bidding, and construction management. We also take pride in introducing our clients to the highest quality builders, craftsmen, and artisans.

ARCHITECTURE

Computer renderings enable our clients to “walk through” their homes to view built-ins, furniture layouts, and sunlight and shadows at various times of the year. We provide preconstruction cost engineering strategies:

  • Competitive bidding with pre-qualified builders
  • Target construction costs and guaranteed maximum price.
  • Critical path scheduling with the builder to reduce construction time.
